November 2017 Terrarium Contest Results!. Hey everyone and welcome to the results for the November 2017 Terrarium Contest. Yeah I know it's almost January, but as I said it the original video, going through all of the entries could take some time.
I want to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this contest. I very much enjoyed going through all of your entries. It's very enjoyable to see your terrariums and learn a little bit about you in the process. It's never easy to choose a winner, especially with so many great entries. However, I feel that the contest guidelines allowed me to do so as fairly as possible.
Congratulations to the winners, you earned it!!!
Don't be discouraged if you didn't win, there's always next time. Understand also that making terrariums is all in practice. If you feel that yours doesn't stand up well to others, just keep at it. The only way that you can master the craft, if that's even possible, is to do it over and over again.
I will be holding contests again in 2018, but I'm unsure when. Don't worry I will give you a heads up prior to doing so. However, in 2018 I want to take a different approach. I want to have you all involved as much as possible, even with the judging and I would like to give out prizes again. I have some really good ideas (I think at least) for the next contest(s), but if you have any ideas I'm all ears. With all of that in mind though, I don't intend to hold another contest until at least June or July.
Thanks again everyone for an excellent year! I truly do appreciate your continued support. As I always say, none of this would be possible without you. So thank you and thank you again! Let's make 2018 even better :)
